Thirty minutes to know where you stand

The first conversation is free and without commitment. It ends with a clear opinion: what exposes you now, what can wait, and what is outside our remit.

What is useful to prepare

Nothing is mandatory, but the conversation will be more useful if you can indicate: the countries you export to, the nature of your products, the event prompting your enquiry (audit notice, customer requirement, doubt on a destination, certification project), and who owns the subject internally today.

If your request is urgent — audit notice received, shipment blocked, payment refused by a bank — say so in the subject line: those situations are handled first.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes, and without commitment. Thirty minutes is usually enough to determine whether an engagement is warranted, in what form and how urgently. If it is not warranted, we say so — which happens regularly, and is what makes the opinion useful.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day for an ordinary enquiry. Urgent situations — audit notice, blocked shipment, payment refused by a bank, newly designated counterparty — are handled the same day when the subject line flags it.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both, depending on the engagement. Diagnostics and data analysis run efficiently remotely. AEO audit preparation, operator interviews and site security reviews require a physical presence. We work regularly in France and Switzerland.

A customs, export control or sanctions issue on your desk?

The first conversation lasts thirty minutes, costs nothing, and ends with a straight answer: what is urgent, what can wait, and what is outside our remit.
